Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 24 July 2026

Thanks for shopping with QUORIX. The terms set out here shape every sale we make to you, so do read them before checkout — completing an order means you accept them in full.

1About Us

QUORIX operates the online shop at quorix.com, offering a chosen range of home and garden products to customers across the United Kingdom and the European Union. Here "we" and "our" refer to QUORIX and "you" to the customer. The wording published when you order is what applies to that order.

2Key Terms

"Goods" are the products you purchase; an "Order" is your checkout request; the "Contract" is the agreement formed once we accept it; and the "Site" means quorix.com and its pages.

3Placing an Order

Checking out is your offer to buy the Goods. The first email we send merely confirms your Order reached us — it isn't acceptance. The Contract becomes binding only when we email confirming dispatch. If we can't fulfil an Order, whether stock has run dry or a price was plainly mistaken, we'll notify you swiftly and refund anything paid.

4Prices & Payment

Prices appear in pounds sterling (£), VAT included where applicable. We price with care, but should an obvious error appear we aren't obliged to supply at the wrong figure and will reach out first. Payment is collected at checkout via the secure methods shown, and the Goods become yours once payment clears fully and delivery is complete.

Delivery windows, carriers and charges appear in full on our Shipping & Payment page, which forms part of these terms.

5Delivery

We work to meet the estimated windows shown at checkout, though they remain estimates rather than promises — couriers can lag over a bank holiday or busy stretch. Once the parcel reaches you or someone at your address, responsibility passes to you. If no one's in, the courier usually leaves a card or tries again.

6Cancelling

As a consumer you can cancel and return your Goods within 14 days of receiving them, no reason required. The full process and legal exceptions sit on our Cancellation Policy & Returns page, with a ready model form on the Withdrawal & Cancellation Form page.

7Faulty or Wrong Goods

Your statutory rights run alongside these terms and are not diminished by them. If an item turns up damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund. A quick photo or note usually helps us move faster.

8Our Liability

We're liable for foreseeable loss or damage arising from our breach of these terms or our negligence. We aren't liable for unforeseeable or business losses, as our Goods are intended for private, domestic use. Nothing here excludes liability that can't lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9Intellectual Property

The wording, imagery and design on the Site are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may view and print pages for personal use, but not reuse any part commercially without our written consent.

10Your Data

Any personal details you share are handled per our Privacy Policy, which sets out what we collect, why, and the rights you hold.

11Beyond Our Control

We aren't answerable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — severe weather, industrial action, carrier disruption and the like. Should one occur, we'll be in touch promptly and keep the impact as small as possible.

12Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you habitually live. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts.

13Contact
