1The Controller

QUORIX operates the shop at quorix.com and is the controller of the personal data described here. Any question about how we handle your details can go to contact@quorix.com.

2What We Collect

When you order or contact us, we gather your name, billing and delivery address, email, phone number and order details. As you browse, we also receive some technical data — device, browser and page navigation — which keeps the shop running smoothly. Card details pass directly to our payment providers and are never stored on our systems.

3How We Use It

Your data lets us process and ship orders, keep you posted, reply to messages, manage returns and refunds, and — only with your agreement — send occasional updates on products you may like. Aggregated, anonymous data helps us learn what works and refine the site.

4Legal Grounds

We rely on the necessity of performing our contract when you order, our legitimate interest in running and improving the business, our legal obligations such as tax records, and your consent, for example for marketing. Where consent applies, you can withdraw it at any time.

We share your details only with the partners who help complete your order — payment processors, delivery carriers and the logistics services that carry parcels from our suppliers in Asia to your door, the Cainiao carrier network included. Each may use your data solely to perform its role for us. We never sell your information.

We keep your data only as long as needed for these purposes, or as the law requires — order and invoice records, for instance, are held for accounting. When no longer needed, it's securely deleted or anonymised.
